A Day Of Reconnection

Join Emma, Deborah and Angela - 3 Soul Led Infinite Receiving Coaches for a powerful pause to turn procrastination into clarity. A day where the things holding you back finally make sense. We start with Before The Goal Workshop & Sharing Circle to understand why you've been stuck or procrastinating without shame and begin to see patterns through a compassionate, grounded lens. The session helps you regulate your mindset and energy before setting goals, so you're not pushing from exhaustion or pressure. Then journal and share within a safe and supported circle.

Nutritious Food

Feed your soul, with delicious, nutritious, wholesome food to support your journey toward optimal health. Giving you time to integrate what has shifted during the morning.

Energise Your Body

Non Linear Movement Method is a powerful yet subtle way to center the body. Through Non Linear Movement Method we can start to begin to communicate with our bodies, connecting to it's innate genius we will release tension and emotion. This practice can help you to identify and dissolve stuck patterns creating more nervous system regulation, greater attunement to what is happening in your body and more space to create what you want for your life. The practice is freeing, intuitive and non- performative. You cannot get this wrong and it will lead you to greater clarity , capacity and embodiment.

Mindfullness Walk

Step away from your daily responsibilities and focus entirely on yourself. It's your time to relax, reflect and recharge. Take this time for yourself. Remember self-care isn't selfish. We will go on a soothing, calming mindfulness walk in Beddington Park, alongside the River Wandle, creating space to breathe, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

Enrich Your Mind

With your body more open and your nervous system regulated we focus in on your future you with a visualization. We focus on how you want to feel, live and move through your days - alongside your dreams and goals. This approach helps your vision feel safe, supportive and genuinely achievable, rather than overwhelming and unrealistic and then from that space we have a Vision board Session to capture it visually and begin the manifestation process.

Connect & Make Friends

Join other like-minded individuals on the retreat who share your passion for personal growth and well-being. Connect and forge new friendships and create lasting memories.

We end the day with a closing circle to gently anchor what we've learnt, uncovered, released and envisioned. Theis space is for reflection. You will walk away with a deeper sense of trust in yourself and a calm, confident energy to carry forward.
