Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – “Find Your Bliss in Bali” Retreat

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Find Your Bliss in Bali prize draw (“Prize Draw”) run by Find Your Bliss Retreats Ltd (company number 15749294), trading as Find Your Bliss Retreats Ltd, whose registered office is 18 Saxon Gold Drive, Stewartby, Bedford, England, MK43 9SR (“Promoter”). By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and any specific instructions stated on promotional materials. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Prize Draw is open to United Kingdom residents aged 30 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. The retreat is specifically designed for women; however, all adults who meet the eligibility criteria may enter.

1.2 Entrants must have a valid passport and be legally able to travel to Indonesia for the retreat dates (23–30 October 2026). Winners will be responsible for obtaining visas (if required), flights, travel insurance and any vaccinations or health documentation needed for travel to Bali.

1.3 The Prize Draw is not open to residents of Northern Ireland due to local gambling laws. Only residents of England, Wales and Scotland may enter.

1.4 By entering, entrants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested by the Promoter.

2. Promotional period

2.1 The Prize Draw opens at [00:01 BST, 12 June 2026] and closes at 23:59 GMT on [21 July 2026] (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

2.2 The draw will take place on the 1st August 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotional period in case of events beyond its control, but will notify entrants if this happens.

3. How to enter

3.1 Paid entry route – entrants may enter by purchasing Prize Draw entries at the Promoter’s event stand or via the Promoter’s website for £25 per entry. Entrants may purchase as many entries as they like; each entry gives one chance to win. The payment price includes VAT. Payment is due at the time of entry.

3.2 Free entry route – to ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2005 and the CAP Code, a free entry route is offered. To enter for free, send a postcard or sealed envelope to 51 Wandle Road , SM67ET with your full name, postal address, email address and phone number. Only one free entry per person is permitted. Free entries must be sent by standard-rate post (first or second class) and must arrive by the Closing Date. Free entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.

3.3 Incomplete, illegible, late or non-compliant entries will be disqualified. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Entries are non-returnable. Automated or bulk entries via scripts or third parties are not permitted.

4. Prize

4.1 One winner will receive a place on the Find Your Bliss in Bali retreat in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia from 23–30 October 2026. The prize includes:

* 8 nights of luxury twin occupancy accommodation (or solo occupancy if available) at the retreat venue;

* All daily meals ;

* Participation in all scheduled activities, workshops and coaching sessions (R.A.D.I.A.N.T blueprint, yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic movement and cultural experiences );

* Time for rest, integration and optional spa treatments (spa treatments at additional cost);

* A retreat welcome pack and workbook.

4.2 Flights, transfers, travel insurance, optional extra treatments and personal expenses are not included. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their flights to and from Bali, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, additional spa treatments, personal shopping, and any other costs not expressly included.

4.3 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the specified retreat dates, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these Terms.

4.4 In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will offer a prize of equivalent value, such as a place on an alternative retreat. If an alternative cannot be offered, a refund of the entry price may be issued.

5. Selection of winner

5.1 All valid entries (both paid and free) will be entered into a random draw. The draw will be conducted by an independent person or using a verifiably random computer process in accordance with the CAP Code and ASA guidance .

5.2 The draw will take place within ten working days of the Closing Date. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within seven days of the draw. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner or the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner; calling or emailing once will not be sufficient .

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of identity, age and eligibility. If the winner is found to be ineligible or their entry is invalid or they decline or fail to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

5.4 The winner’s surname and county will be available on request by emailing [email address] for eight weeks after the Closing Date, unless the winner objects to such disclosure. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

6. Publicity and personal data

6.1 The Promoter may ask the winner to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw. The winner can decline participation. If the winner consents, they agree that the Promoter may use their name, image and statements to publicise the Prize Draw and the Promoter’s business in any media without payment.

6.2 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed according to the Promoter’s privacy policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation. The Promoter will use personal data solely for administering the Prize Draw and, if entrants opt‑in, for sending marketing communications. Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the Prize Draw or comply with regulatory requirements .

7. General

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these Terms where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. Any changes will be posted on the Promoter’s website.

7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults (including network or software failures) or for any other reason. The Promoter is not liable for any tax liability, loss, damage or injury suffered by an entrant or the winner as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7.3 Entrants may not transfer or assign any of their rights or obligations under these Terms. The Promoter may assign or transfer the Prize Draw to another entity.

7.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in force. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.

7.5 These Terms and the Prize Draw are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
